  • 200g turkey slices
  • 1 brown pear
  • 125g Brie cheese
  • 34 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and lightly spray a tartlet tray with olive oil.
  2. Press puff pastry squares into the tartlet tray moulds to form shells.
  3. Layer each shell with strips of turkey slices.
  4. Add matchstick pear pieces on top of the turkey.
  5. Place Brie pieces over the pear.
  6. Brush pastry edges with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
