  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder until smooth; let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until foamy. Mix in the melted butter and cocoa mixture along with vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
  6. For decoration, fill a ziplock bag with melted white chocolate and pipe spider webs onto cooled brownies.
