  • 4 cups seedless red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 French baguette (cut into 1/2 inch slices)
  • 8 ounces brie cheese (sliced)
  • 12 tablespoons honey
  • Maldon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon fresh diced rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. On a baking sheet, toss the grapes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Roast for about 15 minutes until they are slightly shriveled.
  3. Place baguette slices on another baking sheet, brush each slice with the remaining olive oil, and top with brie slices.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Assemble by spooning roasted grapes on top of the melted cheese, drizzling with honey, and sprinkling with walnuts and sea salt. Garnish with chopped rosemary.
