  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans (for topping)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Par-bake the pie crust until golden (15–20 minutes). Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, brown sugar, and spices until smooth.
  3. Pour filling into the crust. In another bowl, mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over the filling.
