  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, coat the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread on one side of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place in the center of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add around the chicken and potatoes.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
