  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and milk; allow to heat for 2-3 minutes before adding cheeses. Mix until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked linguine to the sauce; toss to coat evenly.
