  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 sweetheart cabbage (cut into 4 wedges)
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons of softened butter with miso paste and brush this mixture over each cabbage wedge.
  3. Place the coated wedges on a baking sheet and roast for about 30-35 minutes until charred and tender.
  4. While roasting, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder, and toast until golden brown.
  5. Once the cabbage wedges are done, sprinkle the crispy breadcrumbs on top before serving. Optionally garnish with chopped parsley.
