  • ⅓ cup aquafaba
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ clove garlic
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare by setting aside 2 tablespoons of chickpeas for garnish. In a food processor, blend drained chickpeas, aquafaba, lemon juice, garlic, and salt until smooth.
