  • 32 g sugar
  • 8090 g cranberries
  • 8090 g raisins
  • 6070 g currants (optional)
  • 8090 g dried cherries (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and instant yeast; let sit for five minutes until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients; mix until combined.
  4. Gently fold in cranberries, raisins, currants, and cherries until evenly distributed.
  5. Knead dough on a floured surface for about ten minutes until smooth.
  6. Place in a greased bowl, cover with cloth, and let rise in a warm area for two hours or until doubled.
