  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Reserved pasta water, if needed
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
