Instructions
Cook fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add chicken pieces seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Gradually add grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Stir in broccoli florets and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
