  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 12 oz gluten free farfalle pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp dry shallots
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 12 oz shredded parmesan
  • 1/4 cup pasta water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook gluten-free farfalle pasta until al dente.
  2. Mix seasoning (paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, black pepper) in a small bowl.
  3. Pound chicken breasts to thin; season both sides with the spice mix.
  4. Sear seasoned chicken in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Cook chicken covered on low heat until fully cooked; let rest before slicing.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté shallots; add flour to thicken.
  7. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth; stir in Parmesan cheese.
  8. Combine cooked pasta with sauce; fold in sliced chicken just before serving.
