  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chopped parsley or chives (optional)
