  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some starchy pasta water before draining.
  2. Season the chicken chunks with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear the seasoned chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden brown. Add half of the minced garlic during the last minute.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté the rest of the garlic, then add heavy cream and bring to a gentle bubble.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with Italian herbs and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Toss cooked linguine in the creamy sauce, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  7. Serve topped with seared chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
