  • 12 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ block cream cheese (4 oz), softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • More basil leaves, chopped, for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Mix gently and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, blend crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold the bruschetta topping mixture into the cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra basil leaves and red pepper flakes before serving.
