  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 5 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 33 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons salted butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry filling by cooking blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan until thickened. Let cool.

  3. In a large bowl, mix warmed milk, melted butter, yogurt, egg, salt, and activated yeast.
  4. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms; knead until smooth and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter, sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar, then top with blackberry filling.
  6. Roll tightly into a log, slice into pieces, and let rise again before baking at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
  7. Prepare cream cheese frosting by mixing cream cheese, softened butter, corn syrup, vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Frost warm rolls after they cool slightly and enjoy!
