  • 100 g Biscoff spread
  • 130 g Biscoff biscuits

  1. Line an 8" x 8" tray with baking paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and optional salt until fully combined.
  4. Crush most of the Biscoff biscuits and fold them into the mixture, reserving a few for topping.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tray, smoothing the top evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved biscuit pieces on top and gently press them in.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
